Panthers beat conference opponent Aucilla for the 2nd year in a row. Sam Smith provided 3 touchdowns, one on a pass from Brian Woodend, and 2 more off of interceptions. Panthers improve to 2-1, and 2-0 in conference play.
Lady Panthers took on North Florida Christian Eagles on Tuesday to win their first district game of the year 3-0.
Lady Panthers go 4-1 in a tournament in St. Petersburg this weekend.
On Friday SJPIICHS went 2-1, then sweeping teams in silver division on Saturday afternoon 2-0.

The St. John Paul II baseball coaching staff, with the help of SJPII graduates Kennie Silvestri and Clark Whitley, led the Tallahassee 14u Babe Ruth All- Stars to the Florida State Championship and a berth in the Babe Ruth Regional Tournament in Colonial Heights, Virginia.
Current SJPII students Logan Roberts and Joe Silvestri led their team in hitting and pitching. Roberts hitting .750 with the tournaments only home run and Silvestri logging a 3-0 pitching record and registering a no-hitter.
