SJPII Volleyball District win

The St. John Paul II Panthers volleyball with a district win. The team won Tuesday’s home conference match against North Florida Christian by a score of 3-1! (25-22, 22-25, 17-25, 10-25)

Olivia Piazza (JR) lead with 20 kills and 22 digs, while Katie Kelly (SR) followed with 17 kills and 16 digs. Catie Beth Coffey (SR) came in with 39 assists and 4 aces.

Thursday the Panthers play a volleyball double-header in west Florida versus Rocky Bayou and Pensacola Christian. Good luck ladies! Go Panthers!

Panther Football Tonight! Senior Night!

We look forward to seeing you tonight at St. JPII for our home game against Rocky Bayou at 7:00 PM.  This is a huge conference game, and the winner has a clear path toward the conference championship game!
This will also be a very special night as our Seniors for both football and drumline will be recognized at Halftime!  We will also have a special announcement at the end of the first quarter.  You won’t want to miss this special night!!
Seating/ TOUCHDOWN TERRACE
Like last week, please bring chairs, or a blanket for a comfortable seat.  The Junior class will be renting chairs for $5 as a fundraiser for Prom.  And as always, we encourage you to grab a spot up on the hill of TOUCHDOWN TERRACE!  Spots are $50, and ALL PROCEEDS GO TOWARDS OUR FOOTBALL TEAMS EXPENSES, INCLUDING TRAVEL!!!  Please consider supporting our team in this way, while securing for yourself the best seat in the house!

Ladies Panthers Cross Country Update

The Lady Panther Cross Country team has been back on the trails with some new faces and many returning runners. Julia Rose Travis, a senior, leads the lady panther pack followed closely by Emma Travis, senior, and Natalie Laywell, sophomore. Sophomore Savannah Laywell and senior Natasha Manos round out the Panther top five. Freshman Ashleigh Witherington and sophomore Andrea Mendoza complete the top 7 varsity runners for the panthers. In Cross Country the first 5 finishers are scored for a team total score. If there is a tie, the sixth runners place will break the tie.
