The Lady Panther volleyball team swept Rocky Bayou to claim the District 3A Championship for the first time since 2012. With three girls out for the night, the Panthers overcame adversity in all three sets with the scores 25-14, 25-12, 25-18. Olivia Piazza (junior) and Kaite Kelly (senior) led the team with 17 and 10 kills respectively, while Catie Beth Coffey (senior) was responsible for 29 assists.
The girls’ season continues next Wednesday in the Panther Den for a chance to move on to the State Tournament. Make sure to come out and let the District Champs know you’re with them!
Ladies Cross Country team finished 3rd and Men’s finished 3rd in District competition. Both teams advance to Regionals. Julia Rose Travis finished 5th and Emma Travis finished 9th and both of them qualified individually to go to Regionals.
In Men’s Cross Country, Seth Kemeny finished 9th and Kyle Moran finished 13th and both qualified individually for Regionals.

St. JPII Panthers volleyball team goes to district finals after winning against Pensacola Christian. The win also advances them to regionals. The ladies will play on Thursday at the Panther Den. Come out to cheer on the Lady Panthers to a District win!
Panther volleyball is 5-0 in district play giving them a top seed in the district post season. The ladies are ready to play against Pensacola Christian tonight and winner plays on Thursday. See you there!
