John Paul II students are encouraged to try out for  any of our numerous sports team.

In order to participate, students and their parents are required submit the following forms required by FHSAA:  a completed Physical Form (EL02); Consent and Release from Liability Form (EL03) and Consent and Release from Liability Certificate for Concussion and Heat-Related Illness (EL3CH) for each participating student before the first day of practice.
