Coach Silvestri was born in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Gordon Technical High School in Chicago where he played varsity baseball and football. He attended Florida State University where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. While at Florida State, he played and coached baseball for the Seminoles. Coach Silvestri is currently beginning his sixth year as Panther Head Baseball Coach.
