Outgoing President Derrick Richardson, and incoming President Tasha Carter of the Big Bend Football Officials Association presented their beautiful 2014 Nick Menacof – Rod Pigott Sportsmanship Award to Coach Houston and the John Paul II Football team for the 3rd consecutive year.
